We will attempt to contact you to see if there is a hidden spare key. Unfortunately, if we cannot gain entry to perform the cleaning service you will be assessed a lock out fee equal to 50% of the job price.
Simply call the office at least two days before your appointment to reschedule. Rescheduling or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the job price.
A Cleaner Tomorrow guarantees 100% satisfaction, or we will come back and re-clean the area. However, if there is an issue we request that it is reported to our office within 24 hours of the cleaning. This policy is subject to management’s discretion.
If something is accidentally broken by one of our team members during your cleaning, please contact our office within twenty-four hours. You will be required to fill out our breakage form, as well as provide us with photographs of the item.

We prefer that you place your pets in an area of the house or yard that is not part of our cleaning routine. Also, please advise our office with any special instructions regarding your pets.
We kindly ask that you put any clutter away prior to our arrival. This includes items on the floors, countertops, and tables. We want to leave your home spotless, and judging what papers are important and which ones are trash can be a difficult task.
Typically we do our cleaning between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. However depending on your location we may be able to provide you with house cleaning service outside of these hours. In regards to our actual arrival time on the day of your cleaning, we will provide you with a two hour window due to the fact that Boston area traffic can cause fluctuations in travel time.
We can’t guarantee that you will always have the same team cleaning your home, however we do our best to make it happen as this is as much to your benefit as it is to ours.
A Cleaner Tomorrow comes with everything needed to make your house sparkle and sanitary. And, all our products are certified green. However, if you request that we clean with your supplies we will gladly do so.
It all depends on the size of your home, the scope of the work to be done, and the overall workload for the day. Typically our service is provided by a team of 2 cleaners.
Yes we are fully insured (general liability and workmen’s compensation). Upon your request, we can furnish proof of insurance from our office.
All of our cleaners have undergone extensive background checks prior to hiring to ensure that they are legal to work in the U.S.A. and do not have a criminal background. Also, every employee is required to go through our training program before entering the field.
You can either leave it off on your cleaning day, or you can assign a code to A Cleaner Tomorrow which we will store in a password protected file.
Of course it is. At no extra charge, A Cleaner Tomorrow offers a lock box program. Your spare keys will be labeled with a randomly generated code, which is stored in a password protected computer file. The keys will remain in our lockbox until the day of your cleaning, at which point your cleaning team will pick them up in the morning along with your checklist and work order. Per company policy your keys will be returned to the lockbox at the conclusion of the workday. Should a key be lost, the liability of A Cleaner Tomorrow is limited to the cost of making a replacement key(s).
You do not need to be home in order for A Cleaner Tomorrow to clean your house or apartment. However, if you will not be home you need to make arrangements with the office to allow access to your home.
Yes, A Cleaner Tomorrow utilizes a checklist system. We also utilize work orders complete with a running log of all correspondence between us and our customers.
A Cleaner Tomorrow accepts cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. If you opt to pay via check, simply make it payable to “A Cleaner Tomorrow” and leave it on your kitchen counter. Should you opt for the credit card option it will be charged the day of the cleaning and a receipt will be emailed to you.
Our price varies from home to home based on size, frequency, location, and the scope of the services performed. Generally speaking, you will find that our pricing is more economical than a franchise. And, it does not cost extra to be environmentally friendly!
